Brad and Traci Spencer of Ellington, N.Y., announce the engagement of their daughter, Jenna Marie, to Kevin Paul Michael Wise, the son of Eileen Wise and Larry Timblin of Falconer, N.Y. Miss Spencer is also the granddaughter of Jim and Candy Welch-Payne, Bruce and Penny Johnson and Phil Nickerson, all of Ellington, N.Y., and Harold and Vickie Paver of Spartensburg, Pa. Her fiance is the grandson of Beth Chandler of Falconer, N.Y., and the late Melvin ”Tex” Wise.

Miss Spencer is a graudate of Falconer High School, Jamestown Community College and the Continental School of Beauty. She is employed by Monika Kidla, DDS. Her fiance is a graduate of Falconer High School, Jamestown Community College, the State University at Fredonia and the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Academy. He is employed by the Ellicott Police Department.

A Sept. 9, 2017, wedding is planned.
