KELSEY NELSON TAILOUR TERHUNE

William and Debra Nelson of Frewsburg, N.Y., announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelsey, to Tailour Terhune, the son of Daniel and Heather Terhune of Frewsburg, N.Y.

Miss Nelson is a graduate of Alfred State College, and is employed as a registered nurse at Lutheran in Jamestown. Her fiance attended Jamestown Community College and is employed as a sprinkler fitter for Armor Construction in Falconer.

A November 2017 wedding is planned.
