Laura and Rolando Garcia, of Jamestown, announce the engagement of their daughter, Charleen Garcia-Castro, to Daniel Todd Dotson, son of Annette Plunk, of Jamestown.

Miss Garcia-Castro graduated from Jamestown Community College in 2011 and is employed by GA Family Services.

Her fiance graduated from Burch High School in 2003 and is employed by Bush Industries. An Aug. 23, 2014, wedding is planned.
