Westfield, Clymer Libraries To Host Aging Mastery Program

The Aging Mastery Program is for older adults aged 50 to 100, who want to make the most of the gift of living. The program encourages mastery by developing behaviors that will lead to improved health, stronger financial security and overall well-being. The program is being held at the Patterson Library, 40 S. Portage St., Westfield on Wednesdays from May 16 to June 13 from 1-3 p.m. and will cover topics such as financial health, sleep, healthy eating, fitness and more. The course and materials are being offered free of charge but pre- registration is required and space is limited. Clymer

The program will be held at the Abbe Church, 595 Clymer Sherman Road, Clymer on Wednesdays from May 16 to July 25 from 10-11 a.m. The course and materials are being offered free of charge but pre- registration is required and space is limited. The Aging Mastery Program was created by the National Council on Aging and presented by the Chautauqua County Office for the Aging.
