Calph shoots 84 at Rose Brook GC

IRVING — The Wednesday Travel League played a cool, windy, links-style round at Rose Brook Golf Club. Robert Calph shot 84 to eke out the win, with the trio of Dave Wallace, Joe Michalski and Jeff Nelson just a stroke behind with 85s. The victory was Calph 's 75th tour win, second-most all-time. With golfers starting on the back nine, Calph took the early lead at the turn with a 39. Michalski and John Waterman led the front nine with 40s.
