Chautauqua woman dies after cyclist hit by vehicle

CHAUTAUQUA --- A bicyclist has died after an accident last week on Chautauqua-Stedman Road, law enforcement officials reported Monday. At 12:55 p.m. Thursday, the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office, Chautauqua Fire Department, and Chautauqua County Emergency Services responded a reported motor vehicle accident involving a bicycle. An investigation found the operator of the vehicle, Levi J Graham, 19, of Ashville, failed to safely pass a bicyclist while traveling south. The bicyclist was identified as Mary V.
