CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE – NORTH HARMONY – Telly Ortiz Jr., 27, of Jamestown, was charged Friday with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and insufficient tail lights. Deputies pulled over Ortiz around midnight on Route 394 in North Harmony for a traffic infraction and said they observed a weapon inside the vehicle.
