Carroll Town Board members are ready to drill a test well on Ivory Road as the town continues its search for a new town water well. Board members in August approved a $1 payment to the property owner to give the town access to the land. A hydrologist working with the town on its water project identified the Ivory Road area as a potential area with a safe water supply.
