Ross announced that 27-year-old Jasmin Osteen, who was convicted of conspiracy to commit sex trafficking of a minor, was sentenced to serve 12 years in prison by U.S. District Judge John L. A Dunkirk man has pleaded guilty to stealing wages of illegal immigrants, and kidnapping a teenager that he had raped after she escaped his custody. U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced Monday that Augusto Mateo Francisco, 33, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge John L. Sinatra Jr. to two counts of forced labor, and one count of transportation of a minor.
