Two Dunkirk men are being charged with conspiracy to defraud the United States and theft of government funds. On Wednesday, U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced that a federal grand jury returned the indictment on Lamont Brown, 37, and Jesus Ramos, 41. Mexican Man Arrested In County Pleads Guilty For Illegal Re-entry

A Mexican man who has been removed twice from the United States has pleaded guilty to re-entering the country illegally. U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced that 31-year-old Jose Roberto Perez-Solis, 31, a citizen and national of Mexico, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Lawrence J.
