City Man Charged With Strangulation In Domestic Incident

A city man was in jail Sunday morning after a domestic incident on Saturday. Jason A Swartz, 40, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree strangulation, unlawful imprisonment and endangering the welfare of a child. At 3:46 a.m. Sunday, officers responded to a Southside address on a follow-up from a domestic dispute that took place at 8:30 p.m. Saturday.
