JAMESTOWN POLICE
– Britney M. Nieves, 27, of Jamestown was charged with DWI and traffic violations at 5:09 a.m. Sept. 20 after officers responded to a request to check the well being of a person at Center and Crane streets. Officers arrived to find Nieves in a vehicle that had been driven off the road and gotten stuck before Nieves allegedly fell asleep behind the wheel. Nieves was charged, taken to the city jail for processing and later released to be in Jamestown City Court later.
– Jordan S. Woodmansee, 27, of Jamestown was charged with DWAI drugs and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 12:02 a.m. Sept. 19 after officers pulled a vehicle over at Washington and Third streets for alleged traffic violations. Woodmansee was allegedly driving while under the influence of a drug and allegedly was in possession of a small amount of cocaine. Woodmansee was taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.
– Cesar L. Soto, 49, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal contempt at 9 a.m. Tuesday on the east side of Jamestown after officers reportedly saw Soto walking with a woman who he had an order of protection to stay away from. Soto was taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.
– Oshon M. Goodlow, 22, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny at 2:24 a.m. Wednesday after officers responded to a home on the south side of Jamestown for a reported domestic dispute. Goodlow allegedly took a person's cell phone during the dispute. Goodlow was taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.
ELLICOTT POLICE
– Steven J. Seavy, 35, of Brocton was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, failing to stop at a stop sign, failing to use designated lane and driving on shoulder 9:23 a.m. Sept. 11 after Ellicott police pulled a vehicle over after reportedly seeing several traffic violations. It's alleged Seavy was operating a vehicle while under the influence of drugs. Seavy was processed and released with traffic tickets to be in Ellicott Town Court later.
– Constance A. Mitchell, 22, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree unauthorized use of a vehicle at 10:54 a.m. Tuesday after officers responded to an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle complaint, where it is alleged Mitchell operated the victim's vehicle without permission. Mitchell was issued an appearance ticket to be in Ellicott Town Court later.
– Patrick M. Frink, 46, of Frewsburg was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, failing to use designated lane and unreadable license plate at 12:32 p.m. Sept. 19 after an officer pulled a vehicle over after allegedly seeing numerous traffic violations. It's alleged Frink was operating a vehicle while under the influence of a drug and unable to operate a vehicle safely. Frink was released with traffic tickets to be in Ellicott Town Court later.
– Jose E. Diaz, 33, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree menacing on Sept. 22 after Ellicott police officers responded to a domestic dispute on Sept. 20 where it is alleged Diaz threatened to harm a person with a knife. A warrant was issued for Diaz and Diaz turned himself in at the Ellicott Police Department. He was taken to the county jail for centralized arraignment and will be in Ellicott Town Court later.
