WARREN, Pa. — The reigning club champion golfers from The Post-Journal, OBSERVER AND Times Observer coverage area will tee off on Sunday in the 36th Jim Riggs Memorial Champions at Conewango Valley Country Club. The field is made up of last season’s men’s scratch club champions and previous winners of the tournament, which traces its origins to the late Jim Riggs.
