The Jamestown Area YMCA is now accepting registrations for the upcoming 2018 season of the Tom Buttafaro Youth Basketball League.
The league is open to boys and girls in grades 1-8. The league stresses fun, teamwork and individual player growth. Players from outside schools must attend the same school. Late sign-ups will not be accepted. All new Jamestown players (except first- and second-graders) or players moving up a division must attend a skills evaluation held on Nov. 18.
Divisions will be divided as follows: First- and Second-Grade Coed, Third-Fifth-Grade Girls, Sixth-Eighth-Grade Girls, Third- and Fourth-Grade Boys, Fifth- and Sixth-Grade Boys, and Seventh- and Eighth-Grade Boys.
