¯ Tyrone K. Leichtenberger, no age given, of Jamestown was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment. Officers responded to 11th Street Saturday at 5:40 p.m. for a suspicious male who was reportedly grabbing children at Chadakoin Park. Officers and New York State troopers detained the male on a front porch at 868 N. Main St. An investigation determined Leichtenberger allegedly grabbed the arm of a child and tripped him to the ground at the park. Leichtenberger was taken into custody and transported to Jamestown City Jail.
¯ Alexander E. Schultz, 26, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal trespass, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Officers were called to a burglary Saturday at 3:42 p.m. on East Second Street. Schultz was found on the roof of the property when officers arrived. He was later found with a small amount of methamphetamine and a dagger. Schultz was taken into custody and held pending arraignment.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
¯ CHAUTAUQUA -- Steven J. Graham, 40, of Jamestown was charged with trespassing. Deputies responded Friday at 6:15 p.m. for a report of an unwanted male. It was learned Graham was at the residence despite being asked to leave several times. He was issued appearance tickets to be in Chautauqua Town Court at a later date.
¯ SILVER CREEK -- Kurt P. Schultz, 50, of Derby, N.Y., was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and parking on pavement. Deputies observed a vehicle parked on the road at the intersection of Route 20 and Old Main Road in Silver Creek on Saturday. Schultz was found to be unresponsive and was removed from the vehicle. Deputies performed CPR until Silver Creek EMS arrived. Schultz later became responsive, and an investigation determined he was driving while ability impaired by drugs. He was transported to Lakeshore Hospital and later released to appear in Hanover Town Court at a later date.
¯ HANOVER -- Aimee C. Weber, 29, of Charleston, S.C., was charged with felony DWI, refusal to take a breath test and moving from lane unsafely. Deputies received notice of a crash Saturday at 5 a.m. on Hanover Road in Hanover. Weber was identified as the driver and was later charges. She was arraigned in Hanover Town Court and released to her attorney.
