¯ Marla M. Mitchell, 43, of Lakewood was charged with false personation, obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest and open container. Officers responded Tuesday at 7:51 p.m. for a report of a person lying in the middle of the road on Hazel Avenue. Mitchell was found sitting in the street and later lied to officers about her true identity. While attempting to take her into custody she reportedly resisted arrest. Mitchell was eventually taken to city jail without further incident and held pending arraignment.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
¯ CLYMER — Terry L. Vanderwork, 65, of Clymer was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and inadequate tail lamp. Deputies observed a vehicle on Clymer-Corry Road in Clymer around 12:44 a.m. Monday commit a traffic violation. During an investigation, it was determined Vanderwork was driving in an intoxicated state. He was released with appearance tickets to be in Clymer Town Court at a later date.
¯ MAYVILLE — James A. Pruveadenti, 36, of Erie, Pa., was charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration, driving while intoxicated, inadequate brake light and unlicensed operator. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 2:12 a.m. Tuesday on South Erie Street in Mayville for a traffic violation. Pruveadenti reportedly would not provide his name and refused to cooperate. He was later taken into custody and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail on pre-arraignment bail.
