JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Jason A. Dale, 37, of Jamestown, was charged with aggravated family offense, first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree obstructing governmental administration. Kayla E. Delcamp, 31, of Stockton, was charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration. Officers responded around 9 a.m. on Wednesday to a report of a suspicious person at 97 Andrews Ave. Police found damage to a rear door and footprints in the snow leading to a rear basement door. Police entered the residence and located Delcamp in an upstairs bathroom while Dale was allegedly found hiding in a nearby closet. Both were taken into custody and held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Kristen L. Lata, 24, of Jamestown, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, speed in zone and open container in a motor vehicle. Officers stopped a vehicle for speeding on Route 394 in the town of Busti around 1:50 a.m. on Wednesday. Lata was allegedly found in possession of marijuana, cocaine and with an open container of alcohol in the vehicle. She was issued appearance tickets to be in Busti Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
