Lutheran Honors Employees Of The Year

Lutheran hosted a special luncheon at the end of 2017 to celebrate and recognize all of the organization's Employees of the Month for the year. At the conclusion of the event, two individuals were recognized as Employees of the Year for Lutheran and G.A. Family Services.

"It is very inspiring to see new faces recognized each month for the outstanding work that they do here at Lutheran and G.A.," said Tom Holt, president and CEO of Lutheran. "It is quite an honor to be recognized by your peers as an Employee of the Year. I know that the winners are proud of what they do here and we are equally proud of them," said Holt.

Pat Southwick, laundry assistant, was recognized as the Employee of the Year for Lutheran while Tim McMullen, director of education for G.A. Learning Center, was recognized as the Employee of the Year for G.A. Family Services. Personal stories of their hard work and dedication were shared at the event by coworkers.

Lutheran's Employee of the Year program was created by Richard and Shirley Carlson to honor their son, Richard D. "Rick" Carlson, who passed away in 2005.
