LAKEWOOD — Infinity Visual and Performing Arts Inc. will hold a flapjack fundraiser at Lakewood’s Neighborhood Applebee’s on Fairmount Avenue from 8 to 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 9. Tickets are $6 each and includes all-you-can-eat pancakes, bacon and drinks. Tickets can be purchased online, in person at the Infinity Center or at the door on the day of the event. Santa Claus will join guests for breakfast. Proceeds help provide music and arts instruction to area youth at the Infinity Center in Jamestown.

Author To Talk About New Book
BEMUS POINT — Loren Mayshark, local author, will discuss his new book “Academic Betrayal” at the Bemus Point Library on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. Mayshark is a graduate of Maple Grove High School. He went on to Manhattanville College where he received his bachelor’s degree in World History. He later attended the M.A. History program at Hunter College in Manhattan. His book chronicles his experience with academic bullying while at Hunter College.
Villenova Grange To Host Breakfast
An all-you-can-eat pancake brunch will be held at the Villenova Grange Hall, Balcom Corners (Route 83 and 322), South Dayton, from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Sunday. Meals are $8 for a large, $7 for a small.

Participants will learn about 504 plans, eligibility and understand the possible supports available under the plan, versus how every child receiving special education services has an Individualized Education Program.
