MAGNOLIA — Playing from the men’s tees, Marsha Gastol shot a 44 to lead Class A of the Wednesday Morning Women’s League at Willow Run Golf Course.

Patti Martin’s 31 led the Class A net scores.

In Class B, Linda Smith shot a gross 46 and Lisa VanDewark had a net 31.

In Class C, Brenda Hagadorn had a gross 55, while Karen Schuver and Kathy Yaw shot matching net 37s.

Cheryl Johnson hit the fewest putts with 15.

WARREN, Pa. — Strong Spine Chiropractic leads the Tuesday Night League at Jackson Valley Golf Course with 178.5 points.

Financial Care Partners is second with 173 points, followed by Sons of the Legion and Shaw House, who are tied with 171 points. Patty Whackers is fifth with 170.5 points.

Tim Watkins had the high points for the week with 8.5. Jordan Baker, Darryl Kittel, Ron Wilson and Jesse McMichael each had 8.

Mike Moyer Jr. and Skete Williams shot matching 35s on the front nine, while McMichael had a 37 on the back nine. For the seniors, Mark Silvis had a 37 on the front nine and Joe Saber had a 38 on the back nine.

Jonathan Pollow and Rick Gignac had matching 35s to lead the net scoring on the front nine, while Jeremy Blymiller led on the back nine with a 32. Ted Morrison led the seniors on the front nine with a net 32 and Tom Morelli had a 34 on the back nine.

Linda Roos was closest to the pin, while Kay Pagano’s par on No. 1 earned her a skin.

LAKEWOOD — John Blum’s 42 paced the Youngsville Senior League at Maplehurst Country Club on Tuesday.

Dale Johnson, Rod Korbar, Gary Lindahl and Jon Steffan all had 43s, while Pete Hofert and Gary VanGuilder each had 44s.

Rick Abplanalp’s net 28 tied a league record. Doc Young had a 32 and Nick Archuleta had a 33.

Blum, Steffan, Bob Saunders and Bob Stevens each made a birdie.

Doug Wheeler made the longest putt at No. 15.
