JAMESTOWN CAL RIPKEN

ROOKIES DIVISION

True Value defeated The Lions Club 17-16 Saturday afternoon at Allen Park.

Anthony Raymond Jr. had four hits with two doubles and Bryson Peterson also had four hits for True Value.

Bishop Goodlow had four hits and four runs to help The Lions Club offensively and Travis Ostrander was outstanding defensively.

MINORS DIVISION

Tarp Skunks beat Premier Listings 13-1 as Brayden Crawford hit a grand slam and Xavier Nickerson went 3 for 3.

Malik Watkins and Noah Langworthy both had a single for the Tarp Skunks.

Tyler Ostrander had an RBI while Kian Volpe and Riley Garvin combined for six strikeouts for Premier Listings.

SOUTHERN TIER GIRLS BABE RUTH SOFTBALL

12U DIVISION

Jamestown’s Frazier Orthodontics beat South Dayton 15-14 last Monday.

Jamestown was led by Kareyanna Davila with a triple and a single; Brooklyn Carpenter with a triple and a single; and Mia DelPozzo with Lily Baxter with two hits apiece. DelPozzo and Emily Maggio combined in the circle for the win.

Randolph Peaches & Cream defeated Bemus Point’s Chautauqua Hydroseeding LLC.

Aliza Hind had a huge day at the plate hitting a home run and a grand slam while Lucy Conley was also productive going 2 for 2 with a double for Randolph. Ryanne Bushey struck out nine in three innings while Aliza Hind added five strikeouts of her own.

10U DIVISION

Falconer’s McIntyre General Contracting won against Frewsburg.

For Frewsburg, Emma Waid played well offensively and Leah Powell played well defensively.

For Falconer, Lillian Neubauer played well offensively and Lizzy Bemis played well defensively.

Southwestern’s PFC Dwyer Program beat Panama’s Neil’s Propane 24-4.

Caidence Pfeiffer and Rosemary Segrue reached base four times apiece for Southwestern. Aubree Adams and Daisy Sheldon were the offensive players of the game for Panama.

Ida Malmstrom-Jouannet and Alyssa Collins excelled behind the plate for Southwestern. Arianna Seekings was the defensive star for Panama.

FALCONER LITTLE LEAGUE

Gavin Curtis, Chase Bianco and Sage Jones combined to toss a one-hitter with 16 strikeouts to lead Bloomquist Landscaping to a 21-1 win over Precision Engine.

Curtis ripped a two-run double while Liam Sharpe and Griffin Knopp added run-scoring singles. Isaiah Washington scored three runs. Bloomquist Landscaping took advantage of 21 walks.

Zavyer Mayr’s fourth-inning double was the line hit for Precision Engine.

CITY REC BASEBALL

Tyler Berry belted three home runs to highlight the Rockies’ 12-3 victory over the Tigers.

Noah Figueroa added three hits and Chloe Youngberg played a fine defensive game for the winners.

Jose Sanchez had an RBI single, and Colton Macri and Kadance DeVlieger both had a hit. It was Macri’s first of the season.
