NORTH EAST, Pa. — Kirk Stauffer, newly appointed director of golf at Chautauqua Golf Club, tied for first at the WNYPGA’s Lake View Pro-Am on Wednesday at Lake View Country Club.

Stauffer fired a front-nine score of 37 and a back-nine total of 33 for a 2-under 70 to tie The Kahkwa Club’s Michael O’Connor.

Pat Damore of Lakewood Golf Center finished 10th at 5-over, Jack Widger of Elkdale CC tied for 11th at 6-over and Lake View CC’s Steve Crane finished 21st.
