Registration is now open for the YMCA Tom Buttafaro Youth Basketball League for boys and girls in grades 1-8. The league focuses on fun, teamwork and individual player growth. The program emphasizes the child first and the sport second through fair play, sportsmanship and equal participation.

The YMCA welcomes all levels of players from beginner to advanced. Players from outside schools must attend the same school. All Jamestown players must attend a skills evaluation held on Saturday, Nov. 23.

Divisions will be divided as follows: 1st & 2nd Grade Co-ed, 3rd-5th Grade Girls, 6th-8th Grade Girls, 3rd & 4th Grade Boys, 5th & 6th Grade Boys, 7th & 8th Grade Boys. Call the Jamestown YMCA for more information or email basketball@jamestownymca.org.
