Tom Tantillo won the annual Flag Day Tournament at Moon Brook Country Club with a 65 net after having seven strokes to start around the course again.

His final shot finished 33 feet from the pin on his 20th hole of the day.

Tom Calalesina, Sandy Calalesina, Todd Patric and Annette Patric led the Moon Brook Country Club Couples League with a 34.

Paul Gutzmer, Laura Gutzmer, Mark Wilson and Melissa Wilson fired a 30 net. Carl Pillittieri, Polly Pillittieri, Mike Brecht and Christy Brecht had a 30.5 net; Pete Scheira, June Scheira, Jon Scalise and Sally Scalise had a 31 net; Richard Gibson, Jennifer Gibson, Pete Pillittieri and Heidi Pillittieri had a 31.5 net; and Joe Coombs, Shannon Coombs, Keith Martin and Kelly Dawson had a 33 net.

Anne Hedin was closest to the line on No. 3 for the women and Martin was closest for the men. At No. 4, Annette Patric and Jon Scalise were closest to the pin. Laura Gutzmer and Joe Coombs had the longest drives in the fairway at No. 6 while Anne Hedin and Mike Brecht were closest to the pin on No. 8.

Last week, Paul Mole, Michelle Mole, Pete Pillittieri and Heidi Pillittieri led with a 34 gross.

Cody Anderson, Renee Anderson, Dale Gier and Kimberly Gier shot a 31 net as did Pete Scheira, June Scheira, Keith Martin and Kelly Dawson. Vic Tarana, Brenda Tarana, Todd Patric and Annette Patric shot a 33 net while Gene Aversa, Ann Aversa, Gene Johnson and Sheryl Johnson shot a 34 net as did Rich Shelley, Cathy Shelley, Paul Janson and Cindy Janson shot a 34 net.

Cindy Janson and Paul Janson were closest to the line on No. 3 while Todd Patric was closest to the pin on No. 4. Cindy Janson and Paul Mole had the longest drives on No. 6 and Keith Martin was closest to the pin on No. 8.

In the Memorial 4-Ball Tournament at Moon Brook Country Club, John Deppas, Anthony Deppas, John Trussalo and Mike Cappa took the overall title with a 257.

In the First Flight, Derek Dawson, Paul Pappalardo, Chris Mason and Adam Pappalardo shot a 258 while Paul Cardinale, Sean Larson, Tom Yocum and Kurt Johnson shot 264. Randy Ordines, Jerome Lee Yaw, Dan Moran and Paul Gutzmer shot 260 while Kaine Kelly, Bill Bernard, Tom Olson and Brian Martin shot 272.

In the Second Flight, Bobby Rauh, Pat Langworthy, Jake Shelley and Nick Dwaileebe shot 259 while Jon Gren, Pete Morgante, Dane Hocking and Judge LaMancuso shot a 263.

In the Fourth Flight, Sebby Baggiano, Mike Roberts, Tony Condella and Mike Vitello shot 278 while Ron Pappalardo, Mike Giunta, Ray Fashano and Crist Michos shot 288.

Bart Jensen and Mike Barber were second with a 59 while Nate Sandberg and Tim Holter were third with a 65.

In the 9-hole team better-ball competition, Bill Schuver and Justin Carlson led with a 28, taking a tie-breaker over Dubia and Ignatius. Casey Vincent and Tony Pellegrino were third (29) while Jensen and Barber were fourth (31).

In the “even up” competition, Schuver won with a 16 while Jensen was second with an 18. Vincent, Rick Brewster, Bill Turner, John Zawacki, John Villella, Barber and Randy Ordines all had 19s.

Tony Pellegrino Sr. led the Woods Flight with a gross 37 while John Lindsay had a net 35.

In the Spieth Flight, Dubia had a gross 34 and Vincent had a net 31.

In the Nicklaus Flight, Schuver led with a 39 gross and Ignatius had a net 31.

Mike Crossley led the Palmer Flight with a gross 45 and Joe Nairn had a net 34.

Joby Wolfe gross birdied and net eagled No. 16.

Crossley net double-eagled No. 15, Barber net eagled No. 18 and Andy Hanks net eagled No. 13.

Pellegrino, Jim Vecellio, Ordines and Larry Vicini won the kicker with a 37.
