Moore Takes Third In High Jump

HAMBURG — Grant Moore finished third in the high jump (6-2) to headline Jamestown’s performances at the Erie County Interscholastic Conference Track & Field Championships on Saturday.

Giovana Calamunci was sixth in the 100-meter hurdles (15.78) and Gavin Bowen was sixth in the pentathlon. Bowen finished with 2,202 points after taking first in the shot put (11.99 meters), third in the 110-meter hurdles (17.29), fourth in the high jump (1.59 meters), fifth in the long jump (5.08 meters) and 13th in the 1,500 meters (6:31.41).

Nathan Hill was seventh in the 400-meter hurdles (59.86) while the Red Raiders’ 400-meter relay team also took seventh (45.40). Quentasia Leeper was eighth in the 100 meters (12.88).

Harrison Monfort was 10th in the 400 meters (52.86) and Morgan Tracy was 10th in the shot put (31-11.5) while Holly Isaacson tied for 11th in the pole vault (8-0) and Madison Kehe tied for 12th (4-8) in the same event.

Kehe was 14th in the triple jump (32-6.5), Claire Pumford was 15th in the triple jump (32-6.5), the Red Raiders were 16th in the 3,200-meter relay and Takye Branch was 18th in the triple jump.
