Anniversary Party Set For Feb. 22
PANAMA - A 50th anniversary party for Carol J. and Mann A. Pollock Jr. will be held on Feb. 22 from 2-5 p.m. at the Rowdy Rooster, Panama. The party is open to all friends and family. Bridge League Names Winners
Anne and Tyn Smith took first place honors at the Feb. 6 regular weekly game of the Jamestown Area Bridge League. Pat Fincher and Bill Kuppinger finished second, with Barbara Schuckers and Bill Evert in third place. On Jan. 30, Fincher and Kuppinger were the first-place winners. Candy Larson and Shelley Dahlie took second, with Schuckers and Evert in third. The league plays on Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. at Comfort Today, 17 Gifford Ave., West Ellicott. Thrift Store Now Accepting Items
The Community Outreach Center Thrift Store is currently accepting gently used clothing and household goods. All proceeds from the sale of these goods benefit local charities. The Thrift Store is located on the third floor of the First Lutheran Church, corner of Chandler and Center streets. Store hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
To Ski Sunday

Water Agency To Meet Thursday
There will be a meeting of the Chautauqua County Water Agency on Thursday at 7 p.m. at the J.W. Dill Post 434 American Legion, 110 W. Main St., Brocton. CCWA was formed pursuant to Resolutions 211-13 and 246-13 of the Chautauqua County Legislature to evaluate water supply needs in northern Chautauqua County and recommend to the county legislature the creation of county water district(s) as may be necessary in the best interest of the people of Chautauqua County. The purpose of the initial meeting of CCWA is to select a chairman and vice chairman of the agency, and review the status of current grant funding.
