Grange To Hold Monday Supper
Officers of Ross Grange will meet for a dish to pass supper at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the Falcon's Nest Banquet Hall. Plans will be made for next year's programs and activities. Standing Committees will be named for the year.

TEA Party To Meet Tuesday
LAKEWOOD - Southern Tier TEA Party Patriots will hold its regular monthly meeting 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Lakewood American Legion, 174 Chautauqua Ave., Lakewood. Assemblyman Andy Goodell will be the featured speaker. Goodell will address legislation he co-signed to repeal Common Core; action citizens may take to block Common Core; New York charter schools, school choice, and money following the student; and an update on repeal of the SAFE Act. Meetings are open to the public.

RANDOLPH - The Town of Randolph Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public meeting Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the Randolph Municipal Building, 72 Main St. Randolph, to consider a special-use permit for James and Linda Spence to install a double-wide mobile home on their property at 3079 Ireland Road, Randolph.
Council Meeting Rescheduled
SALAMANCA - Mayor Carmen Vecchiarella has rescheduled the regular meeting of the Common Council for Wednesday at 7 p.m. in the court room of the city Municipal Building.
Auditions Begin Wednesday
BEMUS POINT - Auditions for the Christmas musical, "It's a Wonderful Life!" will be held at Bemus Point United Methodist Church on Wednesday at 7 p.m. in the Worship Center of the church. The musical follows the original screenplay closely and will provide fellowship, fun and challenge. Actors, stage designers, stagehands and costume coordinators are needed. JCC Auditions Begin Wednesday
Auditions will be held Wednesday and Thursday for Jamestown Community College's production of "Anything Goes," which will be performed in the fall. The auditions, which begin at 7 p.m. in Scharmann Theatre, are open to students and community members. People trying out should memorize a song to sing and bring the sheet music and should also wear comfortable clothing for learning a dance routine. The musical will be directed by Robert Schlick with technical direction by Steven Gustafson. Rehearsals begin in September and performances are set for selected dates in November. "Anything Goes," a favorite on Broadway, features music and lyrics by Cole Porter including "You're the Top," "It's De-Lovely," "Friendship," "I Get a Kick Out of You," "Blow Gabriel, Blow," "All Through the Night" and "Anything Goes."
