I'm all for creating new tax revenue for the county, especially when the with dollars come from business people traveling or tourists.

30 years ago the only thing on exit 12 was the Mobil Station. Next came the Comfort Inn, and Bob Evans followed by Mickey D's, The Hampton Inn, and most recently Tim Hortons.

I'm curious to hear what the yearly occupancy rate is at both Inns.

Certainly if the yearly occupancy rates are high and demand is there, this project would make sense.

That being said I think some new development on Strunk Road would be a good idea as well.
