Should outlaw cell phones or regulate the texting capacity. Stringent laws on who can own one. Stop schools from investing in that technology. That'll work. Go get 'em Cuomo.

I wonder if those three disagrees were students or teachers? There is no reason to even have a phone number of the other. It just leaves the door open to problems. Teachers have evolved as the left likes to say. Jail bait remains the same.

I have no quibble with your editorial, but it is depressing to see illiterate phrasing like "one of the only" slipping on to the the pages of the Post-Journal. On the same page is an article about the collapse of education. As if to show an example...
