Jeffrey L. Lewis

A Jamestown resident all his life, he was born Feb.18, 1954, the son of the late Leonard and Eleanor Peterson Lewis.

He was a 1972 graduate of Jamestown High School and later earned a degree from Brockport State University.

Prior to his retirement, he was employed by Jamestown Container Corporation for 46 years as a salesman.

He was an avid hunter, but more than anything he loved spending time with his daughters and grandchildren.

Surviving are two daughters: Tracy (Brian) Kearns of Alpharetta, Ga., and Erin Scott of Tampa, Fla; four grandchildren: Ariel, Mya and Trent Scott and Ava Kearns; a sister, Linda Carlson of Mentor, Ohio’ and three nephews: Kevin, Kurt and Shawn Tedesco.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday in the Lind Funeral Home, where friends will be received for one hour prior to the service.
