Tamela N. “Tammy” Houghwot
Tamela N. “Tammy” Houghwot, 62, of Ashville, died Tuesday June 14, 2022, in UPMC Shadyside, Pittsburgh.
An area resident all her life, she was born February 21, 1960, a daughter of the late Ray and Clarice Johnson Milner.
She was employed by Panama Central School as a custodian for 29 years.
For many years she enjoyed making ceramics.
Surviving is her husband, Edward Houghwot; four children Timothy Houghwot of Ashville, David Arnold of Nunnelly, TN, Shawn Arnold of Jamestown and Cassidy Esslinger of Sheffield, PA; four grandchildren Tyler Perry, Kevin Esslinger, Ayden Bartwel and Chandler Arnold; a twin brother Timothy Milner of Ashville; sister Sandy Muntz of Florida and a brother Jeff Milner of Jamestown.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a granddaughter Sonya Esslinger; a sister Jody Milner and a brother Randy Milner.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
