Phillip O. Frost, 82, of South Dayton, N.Y., entered into rest Sept. 26, 2021. He was born March 31, 1939, to Orvis and Helen (Wienk) Frost
Phillip is survived by his wife Linda (Spaulding) Frost. Relatives and friends may visit DiStasio Funeral Home South Dayton, Thursday. Sept. 30, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., where a service will be held Friday Oct.1, at 11 a.m.
