Cynthia K. Smith

She was born May 2, 1953 , in Fort Bragg, N.C. , a daughter of Glen and Joanne Koehler.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father.

Surviving is her daughter, Nancy Ann Smith; sons: Andrew and David O’Keefe; one sister; four brothers: five nieces; three great-nephews; and cousins.

Cindy was a member of the Celoron Methodist Church. She attended numerous Special Olympic sports and events throughout the years with daughter, Nancy. Cindy had a big heart and will be remembered for her kindness to others. She will be sadly missed by family and friends.
