Robin R. “Stretch” Spencer, 63, of Sinclairville, passed away, Oct 7, 2020. Husband of Kim Cook Spencer; father of Darren and Leandra Spencer; stepfather of Donald (Ashley) Rogers; brother of Rita Raynor, Scott and the late Bill Spencer. A celebration of life will be held 1-4 p.m. Saturday at the Stockton Volunteer Fire Hall, 28 S. Main St., Stockton. COVID precautions observed. Arrangements by Jordan Funeral Home, Sinclairville.
