Lynn Johnson

He was retired from the postal service where he worked for 30 years. He was an avid golfer, playing until 90 .He was a member of the Gerry Free Methodist church most of his life. He was loved by all who knew him. He loved the outdoors and turned their long standing hunting camp (home of many parties) into their home. Lynn was a veteran of the U.S. Navy during World War ll. He was active in the DAV and Lakewood Rod and Gun. He was a tender and loving father and husband. He is survived by his wife of 73 years, Margaret, daughter Pearl and sons Lynnlll and Philip (Heather) Johnson. Lynn was preceeded in death by his daughter, Linda. A grave side service will be held by the family. A celebration of his life will be held in the future. Those who wish to give a donation in his honor, may give to the Gerry Fire Department.
