Anthony “Tony” Mikula III

Anthony “Tony” Mikula III, 63 of Sinclairville passed away Wednesday (Jan. 13, 2021) in his home with his family by his side.

A lifelong area resident he was born Dec.r 14, 1957 in Dunkirk, the son of Anthony Mikula Sr. and Virginia James Kelley.

Tony was a 1976 gra-duate of Cassadaga Valley High School and prior to retirement was employed by Barber Trucking as a Diesel Mechanic.

He enjoyed spending time with his family, espe-cially his grandchildren. Tony had an array of col-lectibles which included tools, baseball and hockey cards, and garden tractors. He enjoyed watching the Buffalo Bills, Buffalo Sabers and the Pioneer Women on Food Network. Tony was an avid bird lover and enjoyed his companion Jake whom was an African Gray.

Surviving are his two children: Anthony J. (Jen-nifer) Mikula of James-town, Alicia Fox of Plains, PA; three grandchildren: Anthony Clark, LeighAnn Fox, Annabelle Mikula; his caregiver and former wife, Maureen Mikula; his father Anthony Mikula Sr.; a brother Clifford (Marie) Mikula; two sisters: Bonnie Mikula and Darlene Far-rington; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother Virginia James Kelley and stepfather Charles Kelley.

The Mikula family would like to thank Emily and Carol from Chautauqua Hospice and Palliative Care, and friend Bill DeWeese for the care An-thony received from them during his illness. Addition-ally the family would like to also thank Tim “Timbo” Olmstead for being a long time friend, neighbor, and partner in crime.

The family will receive friends from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday in the Fal-coner Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday in Jefferson Hall of Cassadaga Park United Methodist Church, 25 Ma-ple Ave., Cassadaga, NY.
