Michael N. Sard

He was born Jan. 28, 1944, in Jamestown, N.Y., the son of Milo and Alice Bohall Sard. Mike was raised in Panama, N.Y., and attended Panama Central Schools.

Mike married his wife Luella Gobles Sard on Jan. 22, 1966. They recently celebrated 54 years of marriage. Mike was a machinist by trade and retired from Jamestown Precision Tooling.

In his earlier years, Mike was an avid bowler, enthusiastic golfer and loved to hunt. Mike was a very proud family man and will be deeply missed.

Mike is survived by his wife of 54 years, Luella Gobles Sard; his daughters: Amy (Al) Berrios, Emily (Mike) Smith and Erika (Mike) King, and Alicia (Steven) Lloyd. The joy of his life, his 10 grandchildren: Briana, Dacota, Brandi, Tara, Derek, Miranda, Hanna, Haley, Taylor and Jacob; and his great-grandchildren; Ava, Reese, Joshua, and Maci. Also surviving are his two sisters: and many nieces and nephews.

Mike is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers; and his sister.

Arrangements entrusted to Hubert Funeral Home and Cremation Services.

Per Mike’s wishes there will be no calling hours. A private family memorial will be held.

The Family would like to thank Dr. Scott McKimm, Dr. Sapple, and all the staff on 3C at UPMC Chautauqua for the excellent care Mike received. They are all outstanding people.
