Robert L. Fluent Jr.

He was born Sept. 3, 1955, in Jamestown, the son of the late Robert L. and Rosetta Glendenning Fluent Sr.

Robert was a graduate of Randolph High School and in earlier years had been employed by Malleable Iron Works in Jamestown. He loved fishing, horseshoes, drinking with his buddies and his best friend, Mike Wick.

He is survived by his wife, Rosita M. Pacheco Fluent of Kennedy, whom he married Aug. 25, 1980, in Gerry, N.Y.; a son, Robert L. Fluent III (Rachel) of Jamestown; a daughter, Samantha Marie Fluent of Jamestown; six grandchildren: Joshua, Jordan and Alliegiea Person, Harley Jane Fluent, Deven and Seth Biglow; two brothers: Aaron J. Fluent of Kennedy, N.Y., and Mark A. Fluent (Eunice) of Jamestown, N.Y.; two sisters: Kathy J. Peru (Alex) Montijo of Benson, Ariz., and Teresa (Lester) Stacey of Frewsburg, N.Y.; his dog, Hank who was his bestest friend.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 5-6 p.m. in the Falconer Funeral Home.
