Randall A. Milner

He was born Dec. 31, 1951, in Jamestown, N.Y., the son of the late Ray and Clarice Johnson Milner.

Randall attended Southwestern High School and in earlier years owned and operated Patsy’s Lounge in Jamestown. He loved NASCAR, golfing, bowling, and was a New York Yankees fan.

He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Milner, whom he married Dec, 1, 1973 in Jamestown; two daughters: Brandy (Jesse) Hallowell of Jamestown, N,Y,, and Michelle (Rick) Brown of Jamestown; eight grandchildren: Gabrielle Tremblay, Alex Tremblay, Taydin Hallowell, Eric McKeown, Kayla Brown, Kelcie (Becca) Brown, Kienna Brown and Tessa (Tyler) Fritz; two brothers: Jeff and Tim Milner; two sisters: Sandy (Don) Muntz and Tammy (Ed) Houghwot.

Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Jodie V.

The funeral will be Friday at 1 p.m. in the Falconer Funeral Home. The Rev. Gerald Haglund will officiate. Friends will be received by the family from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday in the funeral home.
