Martha “Marion” Wimer Stuart

She was born Feb. 6, 1941, in Meadville, to the late Emerson Wimer and Edys Lackey Wimer Rensel.

She had worked at Blair for a number of years, retiring from there in 2001. She was a member of the Moose Lodge 2258 in VA and the Fraternal Order of the Eagle’s 313 in Warren. Marion loved going to the casino, camping, traveling, butterflies and bowling. She also loved spending time with her family.

Marion is survived by husband, James “Jamie” Stuart, whom she married in 1994, in Sugar Grove; her four children: Edys (Wally) Neall of Lander, Michelle Wilson and her companion, Tom, of Warren, Holly Wetmore and her companion, Robert of Richmond, Va., and Richard Wilson and his companion, Patty of Warren, three stepchildren: Sue Stuart and Mattie Knight, both of Warren, and Samantha Stuart of Russell; her grandchildren: Heather Wilson, Brandon (Kayla) Luther, Ryan Luther, Kyle Rebecca) Luther, Nichole Neall, Joshua (Jen) Neall and Bradenn Wilson; three step grandchildren; Kenneth (Nikki) Stuart, Haleigh and Sophia Stuart, seven great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Harold Rensel; two brothers: William Wimer and Harry “Bob” Wimer; anda stepson, Jamie Stuart Jr.

Friends and family will be received at the Nelson Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Youngsville on Monday from 4-6:45 p.m., at which time a brief celebration of life service will be held. Burial will be in the Chandler’s Valley Cemetery at a later date.
