JAMESTOWN –Kathy J. Larson Hoffman, 58, of Prospect Street, Jamestown, N.Y., passed away Friday (Oct. 4, 2019) in her residence.
She is the mother of the Rev. Cameron Lienhart and Kasey Duffy.
