Earl C. Shongo Sr.
Earl C. Shongo Sr., 69, of Shevlin, Minn., formerly of Frewsburg, N.Y., passed away Oct. 17, 2019, in Fargo, N.D. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2019, at 5 p.m., at the Cease Family Funeral Home Chapel in Bagley, Minn.
Earl was born Nov. 2, 1949, in Niagara Falls, N.Y., to Norman and Grace (Martin) Shongo.
He grew up in the Falconer/Frewsburg area and graduated from Frewsburg Central High School with the class of 1969. He married his high school sweetheart, Judy Austin.
