Trevor D. Hallenbeck, 47 of Celoron, passed away May 27, 2019, at UPMC Chautauqua.
He was born Jan, 6, 1972, in Jamestown N.Y. the son of Ward and Karoline Hallenbeck.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
