WESTFIELD — Lt. Col. Melvin L. Allen, U.S. Air Force, Ret., 86, of Westfield, passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2019, at St. Vincent Hospital of Erie, Pa., following a brief illness. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m., on Friday, May 24, 2019, at the MASON Funeral Home, 37 Clinton St., Westfield, and are invited to attend the funeral service on Saturday morning, May 25, 2019, at 11 a.m., at the First United Methodist Church of Westfield.
