Frederick M. “Bubba” Fowler, 63, owner of Fowler’s Taffy and life long candy maker of Cassadaga and Sarasota, Fla., passed away Wednesday, May 29, 2019, at his Cassadaga home. Husband of Kathy Hancock Fowler; father of Jennifer (Robert) Walter of Clarion, Pa., and Jack (Rachel), Richie and Heather (Kyle) Fowler, all of Sarasota, Fla.
