“Busty” Sebastian Iuculano

“Busty” Sebastian Iuculano

“Busty” Sebastian Iuculano, 57, passed away unexpectedly, in the home he built, on May 14, 2019.

Busty was born April 15, 1962, in Jamestown, to Frank and Carmela Iuculano. He graduated from Jamestown High School in 1980 and quickly found his passion for building. His skills and hard work led to him being the proud owner of Iuculano Construction for 41 years.

In 1994, while on the job, Busty met his best friend and future wife, Ann Chapman. They were married Aug. 7, 1997, on which date he not only became a husband, but a father to Josh, Nick and Chad. In 2000, the family celebrated the birth of Gabriella, and again in 2005, the arrival of Frankie.

With his family complete, Busty continued to work selflessly to provide all he could for them. Not only was he gifted at building houses, but he was adamant about building a home for those he cared about. While he was serious about his work, he was full of life and laughs, especially with his kids. He was generous to all and never shied away from giving his time and experience.

When Busty wasn’t at work he continued to support his children, especially in their athletic endeavors, in which he never missed a match or game. He loved the beach, Disney, and vacations with the family. He enjoyed mowing the lawn, leaf blowing, and cleaning the cars, but most of all he enjoyed being with his loud and never boring family. He was a devoted husband, amazing father and adoring grandfather. He will be missed by all who had the chance to meet him.

Busty is preceded in death by his grandparents, Sebastiano and Carmela Iuculano; as well as Antonio and Rosino Trusso.

He is survived by his wife, Ann Iuculano, and all their children: Josh and Nick Russell, Chad Laska, Gabriella and Frankie Iuculano; by his grandchildren: Olivia and Nora Russell; his parents, Frank and Carmela Iuculano; and his sisters: Maria (Carl) Gullotti and Jeanette LoBello. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 18 in St. James Catholic Church. The Rev. Darrel Duffy, pastor, will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday, May 17, in the Lind Funeral Home, where a Christian Wake Service will be led by Rev. Duffy at 8:45 p.m.
