Chad S. Carlson

He was born Feb. 23, 1976, in Jamestown, N.Y., the son of Gary Carlson and Marcella Truver.

Chad loved the outdoors. He was an avid fisherman and loved to go camping.

He is survived by his grandmother, Viola Carlson; his brothers: Jason Carlson and Erik (Amanda) Anderson; half-sister, Michelle Wasson; his nephews: Sean Carlson and Dreux Carlson; his special friend and caregiver, Brandi Hatfield; as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Chad is also survived by the 1000’s of friends he cherished.

Chad is preceded in death by his parents; his grandparents, Theodore and Joanie Truver; and his sister, Traci Carlson.

Calling hours will be Monday, Jan. 21, 2019, from noon-2 p.m., at Hubert Funeral Home and Cremation Services.

Inurnment will be private.
