Ricky Allen Farnham

Ricky Allen Farnham of Strattanville, passed away Oct. 15, 2018, at his home. He was 46 years of age.

He was born Sept. 30, 1972, in Jamestown, N.Y., the son of William J. and Ida A. (Burgess) Farnham. His parents survive. In 2014, he married the former Katrina Lynn Neal, who also survives.

Ricky was known as a loving and caring person and was a good caregiver. He enjoyed spending time with his family, taking his grandchildren on fishing trips and going hunting. Watching wrestling on TV was something that he never really out grew. He was a member of the Strattanville United Methodist Church and attended regularly with his wife and family.

He previously served as a captain of the engine crew for the Bemus Point Volunteer Fire Department. He worked as a supervisor for the village of Bemus Point Highway Department. Ricky was employed recently as the night auditor for the Holiday Inn Express in Clarion.

In addition to his wife, Katrina and parents, William and Arlene Farnham of Bemus Point, N.Y., Ricky is survived by two stepsons: Matthew Young (Sheila) of Shippenville, and Cody Young of Ohio; two brothers: James Farnham (Autumn) of Jamestown, and Teddy Farnham (Mary) of Bemus Point, N.Y.; and a sister, Kathy Brisky (Todd), also of Bemus Point.

He will be dearly missed by his three grandchildren: Lydia Smith, Rosa Young, and Maddox Young; his nieces and nephews: Jessica Sinatra Perry, Alex Sinatra, Michael Peterson, Jordan Farnham, Andy Farnham, Riley Farnham, Justin Brisky, Nicholas Brisky, Adam Brisky, Amber Neal, and Keri Lowry; and his great-nephew, Aaidyn Rounds.

Arrangements are under the care of the Goble Funeral Home and Crematory, 330 Wood St., Clarion PA 16214. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 10-11 a.m. at the Strattanville United Methodist Church, 401 Washington St., Strattanville PA 16258. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m., at the church with Rev. Jeff Foor, pastor, officiating.
