Gwendolyn Wright

Gwen was born March 26, 1944, in Jamestown N.Y.

Surviving are her brother, Arthur Sr. (Bonnie); her children: Terry Wright, Darlene Mitchell, Kenneth Seekins, Roslyn Dyell Seekins, LeRoy (Diane), Cheryl Simmons, Jennifer Modica, Josephine (Marc); and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, friends and family.

Also surviving is her best friend for 27 years, her granddaughter, Selina Franchina (Seekins), who she was very close to! Always spending time together, playing cards, coloring and cooking. They have many memories together.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Ellen Seekings; father, Arthur Wright Sr., brother, Joe (Donna) Seekings; grandson, Adam Keefe; and her ex-husband, LeRoy Seekins II (Jr.).

Gwen loved to partake in many activities — bowling and bingo. She loved listening to her country music and checking out “hunky” men. She loved to do arts and crafts and share them with her family and friends. She was kind-hearted and very caring.
