Virginia Ruth Stanford
Virginia Ruth Stanford died Dec. 30, 2017, at the age of 72.
A memorial service was held at the Lake View Cemetery in Jamestown, N.Y., on Saturday, June 23, 2018. She lately lived in Devon, Pa., and was formerly from Jamestown, N.Y.
She was predeceased by her parents, Leslie and Martha (Gerber) Stanford; and a brother, David Stanford. She is survived by her sister, Eleanor Erskine in Devon, Pa.; and two nieces.
She worked many years at The Resource Center in Jamestown, N.Y., and volunteered at a nursing home in Devon, Pa.
She was much loved and will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
